Just a note to tell you how happy I am with
ERGOREST Arm Rest and Mouse pad, also with the adjustment so the mouse pad
is in line with the arm rest giving you a nice natural
straight line, I have been using all kinds of arm/wrist supports since 1992
foam, gel, mouse pads, arm rests
nothing really helped, till now, I felt the difference as soon as I hook it up,
so much less strain on my wrist & arm.

Scientific studies have shown that the work load on the neck, head and shoulders, while working at a computer terminal can be significantly reduced by using moveable "ERGOREST" arm rests. This reduction of load and electrical activity (muscle) reduces stress, muscular fatigue, irregular blood circulation, pain and numbness. This all results in a lower stress work environment and increased productivity. The ERGOREST may help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome and repetitive stress injuries.
ERGOREST is easy to install. "No tools required"
The arm rests are upholstered in easy-care soft gray leather. The height of the rests can be adjusted by a finger screw found beneath the arm. The height is correct when the bottom of the arm pad is level with the lowest keys of the keyboard.
