Pricing/Return Policy

Pricing:

While we make every attempt to keep posted pricing current, our price schedule is subject to change without notice.  We will verify pricing prior to shipping.  Shipping charges are not included in price.

 

Return Policy:

In order to provide excellent customer service, we ask that you inspect the shipped goods immediately upon receipt.  If you find a problem with your order please contact us immediately.  All returns must be approved by Kappa Medical, Inc.  and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

No returns will be accepted without a RMA#
To obtain a RMA# please call 1-928-778-0840

Returns resulting from an error in our shipping will receive a full credit. 
Returns resulting from an error in customer ordering will be subject to a restocking charge.

Orders placed in error by customer must be returned within 30 days (customer is responsible for shipping).  Returned goods must be in original carton and in salable condition.

Defective products will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department and a replacement will be sent for defective goods.

Kappa Medical, Inc. warranty liability shall in any event be limited only to the value of the goods sold and shall not include the right to damages for any other alleged consequential losses or expenses of any kind.  The remedies provided are exclusive.  Kappa Medical, Inc. is not liable for any consequential damage including loss of profit.
